Let’s Talk About Working Together
We honor your time and want to ensure you have read through this page and are making an informed inquiry. Here is some important information you should know before submitting your inquiry in the form to the right:
A member of our team will respond to you within 48 business hours.
Due to our training schedule and other factors (that may include custom designing your desired topic), we book CE events at least 8 weeks in advance of your desired date.
Once we agree on a fee for your event, you must submit a non-refundable $300 deposit to hold your event date. We will place a conditional hold in our calendar until we receive your deposit.
After receiving your deposit and confirming your event date, should you need to cancel the event we will work with you to reschedule it unless you choose to forfeit your deposit.
Our fees are inclusive of all expenses and costs that are associated with the event as agreed upon between you and JenTex. We will not charge any additional fees unless you request additional services not agreed upon before the initial fee was assessed.
Upon your request, we will promote your event to our network of several thousand social workers and case managers throughout the United States or your preferred catchment area. If your event is invite-only, in the least, we will vigorously encourage attendees to refer their patients and clients to your organization.
